You Will Focus On:

• Travels up to 90% of the time, and will consist of driving to locations close to your home, as well as driving to locations that may require overnight travel
• Uses a laptop computer and a portable scanner to retrieve medical records which will be uploaded into a database
• Schedules appointments and visits to physician offices in a timely, efficient manner to meet all deadlines
• Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring:

• 1 or more year experience with Medical Records, hospital and/or medical office setting
• Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
• Experience with technology systems-PC, scanners
• Track record of independent, quality work completed on schedule
• Adaptability-problem solver to work through technology and process-based challenges
• Reliable transportation to scheduled appointments/sites for retrievals
• Valid Drivers License
• Be available normal business hours, Mon – Fri 8-5 for scheduling
• Some experience/understanding of Medical Charts is a plus.
• Have the ability to maneuver/roll/lift provided equipment case (45 lbs.)
