Member Engagement Specialist – Rebate Programs

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, someone who understands their business priorities and shows them how to tap into the savings and benefits available through our rebate program. You’ll build lasting relationships with members, guiding them through rebate opportunities, connecting them with key vendor programs, and supporting their long-term success. Whether it's helping a member discover a vendor that aligns with their operations, or walking them through how to maximize rebates they’re already earning, you’ll be a go-to resource they rely on. You’ll be proactively engaging, offering strategic suggestions, and driving greater participation in programs that help businesses grow stronger. If you enjoy building relationships, advising business leaders, and helping people see real value from their partnerships, this role gives you the platform to do just that. What You'll Bring as ourRebate Program Engagement Specialist: • 4+ years of experience inrebate management, financial coaching, data analysis, or partner engagement. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Transfer Operational Acumen:A passion for helping small businessestranslate financial data into actionable results. • Coach Members Toward Growth: Guide business owners in understanding and optimizing rebate opportunities, vendor adoption, and financial outcomes. • Lead Strategic Outreach: Build strong relationships and execute monthly/quarterly campaigns to boost participation and engagement. • Analyze and Act: Use Excel and reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, and areas for action using tools like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting. • Resolve and Improve: Tackle rebate discrepancies with clarity and efficiency, contributing to better systems and smoother processes. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with vendor relations, data operations, and member success teams.
