Opening in Fall 2025, The June is set to become Jacksonville’s newest Private Membership Club, designed to bring together a diverse community in a welcoming, inclusive environment. About the Role
As a Member Services Agent at The June, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members and their guests, setting the tone for the entire club experience. You’ll manage the flow of arrivals, ensure every guest is welcomed with warmth and professionalism, and uphold the highest standards of service in our reception area. This role is all about attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and the ability to handle a dynamic environment with poise. Requirements
• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for all members and guests across multiple dining rooms and bars.
• Greet all members and guests promptly and professionally, addressing them by their correct name and title to maintain the personalized service expected at a luxury members club.
• Enforce club policies as outlined in the member handbook, including dress code, guest conduct, and entry requirements, tactfully communicating standards when necessary.
• Manage the member and guest sign-in process, ensuring accurate records for security and compliance, and verifying all external visitors, including vendors and tradespeople, before granting access.
• Monitor and update reservations, guest lists, and event function sheets, coordinating closely with management and service teams to ensure accuracy prior to each shift.
• Direct members and guests to the appropriate areas upon arrival, facilitating seamless introductions and ensuring guests are promptly united with their hosts.
• Respond to all general inquiries, emails, and messages with efficiency and professionalism, escalating or delegating tasks as appropriate.
• Conduct head counts of members and guests during late-night hours on peak nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) to ensure club policy compliance and safety.
• Manage lost property requests, coordinating with members and guests as necessary, and oversee the organization and operation of the cloakroom to ensure it is fully stocked and orderly.
• Uphold the front desk team’s grooming and uniform standards, arranging repairs, cleaning, or replacements as needed to maintain a polished appearance.
• Participate in management meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support club objectives.
• Answer telephones promptly, handling all inquiries, reservations, and messages in accordance with club protocols.
• Liaise with various departments through email and other channels to facilitate communication and guest service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it reflects the luxury standards of the club at all times.
• Adjust heating, lighting, and music to create an inviting and refined ambience in the reception space, and monitor the weather to operate canopies or other features as needed.
• Monitor all reception area alarms and respond swiftly to any alerts to ensure member and guest safety.
