The Member Support Expert serves as an advocate to our members, guests, prospective members and club staff. Provides accurate information regarding company products, policies, and practices to both internal and external customers while delivering +1 customer service in a contact center environment. Position Type: Full Time position Department: Member Support Center (Contact Center) Compensation:$15.00per hour *This is an in-office position, not a remote position* Applicants selected for this position must be able to attend our 2-week paid training class from 9am-6pm CT Monday through Friday beginning on September 8th Day in the life: After completing atwo-week paid training,you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed. Who are we looking for? Availability-Sunday-Monday 10am-7pm Previous call center or customer service experience is recommended.Bilingual is a plus, Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
