Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This specific project is a Data Center facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to navigate the complexities of construction environments. Duties β€’ Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure. β€’ Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. β€’ Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and other construction management software. β€’ Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. β€’ Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and project estimates using Bluebeam and HeavyBid. β€’ Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate forecasting. β€’ Facilitate communication between stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project scope. β€’ Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site. β€’ Utilize ProCore for documentation management and project tracking. Skills β€’ Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. β€’ Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices. β€’ Excellent project scheduling capabilities with a focus on time management. β€’ In-depth knowledge of construction site experience and safety protocols. β€’ Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. β€’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and documentation. β€’ Proven ability in project management and coordination within a construction environment. β€’ Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders. This position is essential for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
