Overview of the Job:

• The role is responsible to set merchandising strategy, work cross-functionally to bring end-to-end product insights to life with global and geo counterparts. Serve consumer with the most relevant products to realize Jordan Sport vision and drive sustainable growth.
• Jordan Sport Footwear & Apparel Merchandising

Reporting Line:

• Direct report to GC Jordan Sport Merchandising Director

Key Partnership:

• Global Jordan Sport Merchandising
• GC Jordan Sport Brand & GC Sports Marketing
• GC Jordan Sport Planning
• GC Jordan Marketplace Merchandising
• GC Jordan Streetwear Merchandising

Job Responsibility:

• Be a consumer, product and merchandising expert.
• Partner with global on GC seasonal product needs. Provide GEO consumer and product insights.
• Own seasonal adoption with strong business mindset and vision to drive GC specific assortment.
• Lead seasonal product download in key gates to stakeholders.
• Deliver long-term line planning input.
• Set geo strategic intent of all key products, pricing and flow.
• Own product franchise lifecycle management.
• Drive franchise health across the portfolio, aligned by Field of Play and marketplace teams.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

• Consumer and marketplace knowledge
• Footwear & Apparel product knowledge
• Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and plans
• Fluent in English
• Retail and financial acumen
• Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel)

Experience Required (Soft skills):

• Strong passion & knowledge of Basketball
• Eye for product & trend sensitive

• Highly adaptable to fast-pace environment
