Job Description 

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that leverage both backend and frontend technologies. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, you will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth of our development team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, from architecting scalable backend solutions to implementing responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
• Utilize your deep understanding of Node.js and related frameworks (such as Express, Nest.js) to architect efficient, secure, and reliable backend systems.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices that communicate seamlessly with frontend components.
• UI Designing, coding, unit testing and integration with Service API's
• Planning, designing, coding, testing, QA, deploying, bug fixing, and maintaining
• Conduct code reviews, agile development, client-side architecture, single page application and object-oriented programming.
• Learn and leverage new programming languages, design methodologies, and technologies
• Participate in all steps of the agile software development process gathering requirements

Key Background:

•  Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or similar.
• 5+ years in Full stack development in React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in UI design, improving user experience, accessibility, and digitalization of monolith environments.
• Experienced in building reusable web components/libraries/framework e.g., Data Grid and custom components for unified look and feel across app.
• Proven experience building web applications using client-side architecture and single web applications.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Drive the design, lead, support, and coordinate Product features ongoing development.
