Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned MES - Principal Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Camstar MES and a robust background in service request management. This role involves leading projects providing expert guidance and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that align with our company’s objectives and societal benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Camstar MES solutions to meet client requirements and project goals.

Oversee the development and deployment of service request management systems.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for Camstar MES and service request management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

Conduct thorough analyses of client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.

Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Camstar MES and service request management.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings.

Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Camstar MES and service request management.

Contribute to the development of new product features and enhancements based on client feedback.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in implementing and managing Camstar MES solutions.

Strong knowledge of service request management systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Adept at client relationship management and understanding client needs.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends

Work Authorization

Compensation: - $160 K+/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted till 09/11/2024
