Job Summary Russo Modular is a fast growing, family run, commercial modular building manufacturer. We are seeking full-time Metal Framers, Hangers, and Finishers to help us create industry best product for our customers. We offer top pay, health benefits and a Monday thru Friday work schedule at a single location. You must have your own hand tools and be eligible to work in the US for this position. Responsibilities • Construct frameworks for buildings using metal materials. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. • Perform heavy lifting as required to move materials and assemble structures. • Install drywall, concrete forming, and masonry as part of the framing process. • Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time. • Prepare product for shipping Qualifications • Proven experience in framing or related construction roles is essential. • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation is preferred. • Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints accurately. • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way. • Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds) as needed. • Familiarity with various power tools used in construction is required. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. • You must have your own hand tools required for this position. • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
