Job Summary: As a metal polisher, you will be responsible for finishing metal surfaces to high standards of quality and appearance. Using various tools, techniques, and polishing compounds, you will smooth, polish, and buff metal surfaces to remove imperfections, scratches, and oxidation, resulting in a flawless finish. Your attention to detail and precision will contribute to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the final product.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Proven experience as a metal polisher or similar role in a manufacturing or metalworking environment. • Proficiency in using polishing equipment, tools, and techniques. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality. • Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and operate machinery. • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • Strong communication skills • Knowledge of commercial marble cleaning • Must be willing to work flexible hours • Unexpired Drivers license • Certification or training in metal polishing or related field. • Experience with different types of metal finishes (e.g., brushed, mirror, satin). • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in metalworking environments.Compensation: Harvard is offering a competitive salary $20.17p/h structure including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
