Method Engineering:

• Design and improve manufacturing processes complying with ergonomic and safety rules.
• Build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM - new, modification after MTM and transfers.
• Implement and maintain Poke Yoke & Jidoka principles in the manufacturing area.
• Manage & support Kaizen activities (methodology & maintain appropriate databases).
• Manage jigs/fixtures (Troubleshoot, improve existing, new & transfers & maintain database).
• Manage VSM & EVSM. IE/LDS (Target setting & Improvement). Implement & support Lean & Six Sigma projects.
• Support change over improvement thru SMED
• Enhance current processes and/or develop new processes.
• Establish and modify operating standards.
• Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department.
• Implement and support 5S within the workplace.
• Carry out any other duties as and when required by Management / Department.
• Have knowledge for Automation Machine.

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, SAP (user) and Autocad 2D.
• Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
• Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach.
• Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process designing.
• Experience in implementation of SMART technologies in Manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be willing to be based in Batam
