Job Description
- 督导生产员工的工作。确保完成和超额完成本班生产计划。
- 负责与其他总班长的有关交接班工作及与其他部门当班负责人的联络和交涉工作。
- 负责填写有关交班记录，协助生产文员将将有关生产数据及时准确输入计算机。
- 协助直接主管发现并解决生产中的瓶颈问题，以最低的成本达到各项关键指标。
- 督导员工严格执行各项工艺规程和质量控制规程。
- 采取积极措施预防和纠正各种质量事故隐患，并及时向有关责任人汇报。
- 对员工进行培训及评估。
- 组织解决质量、材料和生产效率的有关会议，及时与各位员工探讨各种可行的方法。
