Job Description
The Creative role works on content marketing initiatives to drive traffic volume, lead generation and brand awareness, and ensures quality of content, availability and performance objectives. Working independently under limited supervision, this job is responsible for advertising productions, from the creative conceptualization through production.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Applies content creation and management strategies and plans across all marketing channels (websites, social media, promotional commercials, etc.), in alignment with brand voice and business goals.
- Manages the development of new ideas from external sources usually resulting in some representational form, such as written descriptions, illustrations, models, etc.
- Conducts ideation and visualization sessions, and ensures that new product concepts are feasible and within strategic marketing parameters.
- Utilizes the latest content-related technologies to update and maintain the content design and structure of multiple marketing channels, as well as the automation of content platforms.
- Carries out digital lead and brand awareness strategies, measuring the effectiveness of content efforts e.g. customer/visitors engagement and communication effectiveness.
- Possesses a clear understanding of business requirements and the target audience in order to write copy and develop a wide range of advertising design projects.
- Researches and shares social media resources and information to facilitate the graphic design process within a team; stays abreast on technological advances within the field.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating breakthrough design for our internal and executive audiences
- This includes digital signage, social cards, webpage graphics, physical signage, premium items, email templates, and more
- Work with the Head of Creative Production and key stakeholders to develop fresh, dynamic creative which engages our associates
- Ideates and creates design deliverables
- Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure fresh and relevant outcomes
- Works with agency partners to originate and update content
- Manages design files and assets
- Dynamically manages workload and priorities on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis to ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized, despite a heavy workload
- Works with high degree of urgency on tasks and is highly responsive to partner requests at all levels
Required Qualifications:
- Three plus year with a high degree of proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
- Three plus years in design-first mindset
- Three plus years being a digital native
- Three plus years demonstrating a track record of designing engaging content
- Three plus years with the ability to dynamically manage multiple projects at once, including frequent unexpected requests, with efficiency, urgency, and patience
- Three plus years with the ability to collaborate with partners to foster a positive and supportive environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- UX experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Base Pay Range: $67,700/yr. - $112,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
