Miami Urology Practice – Exciting Opportunity for a General Urologist!

Located in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, this well-established private practice has been serving the community for over 25 years. The practice is actively seeking a board-certified/board-eligible urologist to join its team due to an upcoming retirement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to step into an existing patient volume with a strong referral base. The practice is open to a bread-and-butter general urologist, but those with subspecialty interests can incorporate them within a general urology setting and robotics are not required. Given Miami’s diverse patient population, Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Practice Highlights:

• Join a growing practice consisting of 1 urologist and 1 nurse practitioner

• Call schedule: Light call with flexibility

• Support staff: Each provider has a designated medical assistant

• Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Common cases: Prostate and bladder cancer, uroflowmetry, and a wide range of adult urology conditions

• Administrative time: 80% patient-facing, 20% administrative

• Competitive compensation package including production bonus, full benefits (health, vision, dental), relocation reimbursement, tail coverage, CME (5 days), retirement plan, and 4 weeks of PTO.
