Manage Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint as well as Atlassian.
Implement best practices and optimize our Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
Provide top-tier support, coordinating with various teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues.
Monitor system performance, availability and reliability.
Work closely with other IT staff and stakeholders to ensure our tools meet business needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 features, functionalities and automation.
In-depth understanding of Azure Active Directory.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
