In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Design development implementation and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with our development team to customize and configure Dynamics CRM.
- Testing debugging and documentation of CRM solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Work closely with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews participate in Agile development apply best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CRM solutions.
- Developer with Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform skills certification and 2 to 3 years of experience
- Experienced in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Dynamics 365 including entity definitions fields views forms and workflows.
- Good Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics CRM Power Apps Power Automate
- Azure programming in languages such as C# JavaScript and SQL.
- Good knowledge of software development principles patterns and best practices Experience with CRM integrations with other systems and applications.
