Job Description

Focus:

• Support the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Power Platform tools.
• Troubleshoot issues related to app development, workflow automation, and data visualization.
• Assist in the development and deployment of custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for Power Platform tools.
• Monitor system performance and manage updates for Power Platform applications.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in building and managing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience with custom connectors and integrating Power Platform tools with other data sources.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, and C# for custom development.
• Understanding of Azure services and their integration with the Power Platform.
