The Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) is acquiring Business Financial Management and Installation Management support services for its portfolio of C4I programs.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Mid Financial Analyst provides financial management and acquisition support to a variety of customers on the PEO C4I BFM Contract. This position is located in San Diego, CA.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Business Financial Managers (BFMs), Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs), Assistant Program Managers (APMs) and APMs for Installation (APM-Is) to manage resources and associated data to execute and track all required funding.
- Support all financial processes and planning documentation in support of the PEO C4I program portfolios, with an emphasis on Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes and tools.
- Provide inputs to a variety of DoD Acquisition related data calls and documentation.
- Build financial management strategy to help develop an actionable plan for the client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.
- Bid and proposal support if requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
- A minimum of 3 years professional experience is required, with at least 1 year in DoD/DoN Financial or Installation Management related activities.
- Experience in overseeing program financial execution and familiarity with installation management activities.
- Experience in Analytical and Problem Solving related to configuration/data management issues and tools.
- Experience with financial planning and execution in Navy ERP.
- Experience working in cross functional teams.
- Must have knowledge of PPBE, and specific Department of the Navy Financial management processes and tools.
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Must possess strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
- Must be able to remain seated in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must also be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with comprehensive subject matter expertise in Excel.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with creating and analyzing reports from the SPAWAR Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I) Advance Planning Suite (CAPS).
- Experience with data analytics tools, e.g., Tableau and/or Power BI.
INDUS aims to provide a competitive compensation package, including a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year. This position is eligible to participate in our corporate 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs, and may be eligible for performance bonuses, and other rewards and benefits (see more about our compensation package and benefits offered at Culture @ INDUS | INDUS Technology). The pay range for this role considers job-related knowledge, skills, work location, education and training, and certifications.
