Mid-Level Accountants

Financial Additionshas a great 4-6 month REMOTE contract opportunity for a mid-level accountant with lease experience. Company is based in Dallas and ideally wants to hire within the DFW area. Excellent position for an accountant between jobs and who can interview/start quickly. Responsibilites include: • Ensure lease terms are in compliance with accounting standards • Account reconciliations and provide analysis as warranted • Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close • Assist with monthly financial statements as well as quarterly and year-end audit process Qualifications include: • 4+ years in mid-level accountant role (senior staff/senior) preferably with lease experience • Thorough knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, journal entires, month-end close, audit support • Tech savvy including strong Excel skills • Experience in account, cash, and balance sheet reconciliations • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance a must #INDD
