Mid Level Front End Engineer

Currently working with a global hedge fund looking for a Front End Developer to build nextgen data centric application used for the investment team to make decisions. Qualifications & Requirements • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related experience. • Strong analytical and programming skills • 3+ years of experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, React • A solid understanding of working with APIs and databases • A penchant for modern front-end build pipelines Pluses: • Full-stack application development using Node backend services • Experience developing against PostgreSQL databases using raw SQL • A strong understanding of the principles of managing GraphQL services • Development of applications and scripts using Python • Experience with WebSockets, Vite, Remix / React Router, TailwindCSS / HeadlessUI, Monorepos, GraphQL / Apollo Client, Storybook
