YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

Conducting a comprehensive end-to-end journey analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, putting analytical skills to the test.

Utilize wireframing, prototyping, and component design techniques to develop user-centric solutions tailored to Spryker's business needs, fostering your creativity.

Ensure an intuitive interface and navigation across the platform to enhance the user experience and streamline interactions for our customers and partners, challenging your design intuition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX principles into all aspects of product development, enhancing your teamwork and communication skills.

Advocate for user-centric design principles and practices across departments, showcasing your leadership and influence.

Continuously evaluate and iterate on the design system based on user feedback and evolving design trends, promoting innovation and growth.
OUR EXPECTATIONS

Extensive experience in conducting comprehensive end-to-end journey analysis.

Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and component design techniques.

Ensuring an intuitive interface and navigation across platforms, showcasing demonstrated ability.

Experience in creating clear user flows and maintaining cohesive design systems.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Proven track record of advocating for user-centric design principles.

Application of experience in conducting user research and problem-solving skills to address complex UX challenges.

Minimum 5 years of professional or related design experience within a start-up, product organization, or in-house design team.
