Midstream Project Manager – Pipelines & Facilities

HGA is seeking a Midstream Project Manager – Pipelines & Facilities to support operations in Dallas, TX.This Project Manager is responsible for leading natural gas midstream projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and timely delivery of pipeline, compression, and facility projects.Key Responsibilities: • Lead pipeline, compression, and facility projects from initial design and permitting through construction and startup. • Oversee engineering and design deliverables, including alignment sheets, P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and piping isometrics. • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including bid evaluation, scope negotiations, and field oversight. • Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports while proactively addressing risks and changes. • Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and Iron Horse Midstream’s safety culture. • Facilitate effective communication across internal teams, contractors, landowners, and interconnecting companies.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering required. • Minimum of five years’ experience in pipeline and facility design/construction within the natural gas midstream sector. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project); exposure to AutoCAD, Ariel performance software, Synergi Gas, Google Earth, and Pipeline Toolbox is a plus.Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of natural gas gathering, compression, and processing facilities (stabilization and mechanical refrigeration preferred). • Familiarity with Oklahoma SCOOP/STACK plays and regional construction considerations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and present to leadership. • Willingness to travel 25–40% within Oklahoma.
