MIG Welder

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our frame line team on first shift. This role is responsible for setting up, modifying, welding, and finishing hollow metal frames during an 8-hour shift in accordance with work orders and production goals. Location:Phoenix, AZ! Schedule:Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (occasional overtime and Saturdays required) Pay rate:Starting at $19/hour Duties: 1. Perform MIG welding on hollow metal frames (12GA – 18GA material). 2. Operate various electric and pneumatic tools, including cordless drills, die grinders, and grinders. 3. Read and follow work orders to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. 4. Maintain daily production output while meeting quality and safety standards. 5. Perform finishing work on welded products as needed. 6. Assist with other duties in the production line as required. Requirements: 1. 1–2 years of MIG welding experience required (no certification necessary). 2. Experience working with thin sheet steel (12GA–18GA) preferred. 3. Manufacturing environment experience a plus, but not required. 4. Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately. 5. Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work at a production pace.
