Job Description

• Ensure process parameters are strictly adhered to at the mill at each stage
  Đảm bảo các thông số sản xuất được tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt trong mỗi giai đoạn tại nhà máy
  Carry out tasks assigned by the shift leader effectively
  Thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ dưới sự chỉ đạo của trưởng ca sản xuất
  Assist the shift leader in attending to the break downs during run
  Hỗ trợ trưởng ca xử lý sự cố trong quá trình vận hành máy
  Monitor the process flow and ensure the right through put and efficiency
  Giám sát quy trình và bảo đảm công suất chính xác hiệu quả
  Monitor the temp labor on the floor ( when required)
  Giám sát các nhân viên tạm thời ở nhà máy (nếu cần)
  Ensure quality is maintained at each process level through sampling, testing…
  Đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng trong mỗi quá trình lấy mẫu, thử nghiệm ...
  Work with the team
  Làm việc nhóm.
  Strictly abide company regulations/ procedures and SHE policy or procedures.
  Luôn tuân thủ quy trình và qui định về an toàn khi vận hành máy móc, thiết bị.
  To do other duties as required by line managers.
  Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý trực tiếp.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in mill operation experiences.
• Có tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành máy móc.
• Experience in raw coffee, electricity & mantenance is advantageous.
• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc về cà phê, điện và bảo trì là một lợi thế.

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) / Kỹ năng khác (Kỹ năng máy tính, v.v.)

• Work hard and eager to learn.
• Làm việc chăm chỉ và ham học hỏi.
• Willing to work overtime
• Sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ.
