Location:Travel to various locations in the New York City area. Our office is located in Brooklyn.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Millwork Installer and Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing custom cabinetry, doors, trim, molding, and other architectural woodwork, as well as performing carpentry tasks for high-end residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and fabricators to ensure installations and carpentry work meet exact specifications and client expectations.
Responsibilities
• Install custom millwork, including cabinetry, doors, crown molding, baseboards, paneling, and other architectural features.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, constructing, and repairing wooden structures and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations and carpentry work.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials on-site with precision.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve installation and carpentry challenges and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment, keeping the worksite clean and organized.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in custom millwork installation, carpentry, or a related field.
• Experience in sheetrock, framing, and door framing and installation.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including saws, routers, sanders, and other carpentry tools.
• Strong understanding of woodworking and carpentry techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various job site conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work authorization for employment in the United States.
• Must be OSHA certified.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with high-end residential or commercial millwork and carpentry projects.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
