We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team as we continue to expand. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in a project management or related role, as well as 2+ years of experience in millwork or a closely related industry. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • Own the process of all project submittals, samples, and approvals. • Oversee procurement and release of work orders and materials. • Stay on top of all change order requests and submit them in a timely manner • Plan, organize, and supervise field operations for assigned projects. • Ensure compliance with design and material specifications. • Perform field measurements accurately and on-time. • Own the material procurement process while working closely with Purchasing and Production. • Coordinate with field teams to align installation schedules with project scope. • Maintain strict quality control in both manufacturing and on-site installations. • Document, communicate, and track significant project events and change orders • Follow the PM Playbook and own the entire PM process from start to finish • Operate out of Innergy ERP System for all internal and project related communication • Completely own your process and have a high level of accountability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Phoenix, AZ 85019 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Phoenix, AZ 85019: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
