Job Overview: We’re looking for an experiencedMillwork Project Managerto oversee and coordinate custom millwork projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of millwork fabrication, installation, and project execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and knows how to lead a team to deliver quality work on schedule and on budget. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Manage multiple millwork projects simultaneously β€’ Review architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility β€’ Coordinate between clients, designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers β€’ Develop project schedules, material take-offs, and budgets β€’ Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards β€’ Visit job sites to monitor progress and resolve field issues β€’ Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders Requirements: β€’ 3+ years of experience in project management within a millwork or fabrication setting β€’ Strong knowledge of custom millwork, cabinetry, architectural details, and installation methods β€’ Proficient in reading technical drawings and construction documents β€’ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills β€’ Experience with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, etc.) β€’ Bilingual (English/Russian or Ukrainian) a plus We Offer: β€’ Competitive salary based on experience β€’ Paid time off and holidays β€’ Opportunities for growth and leadership β€’ A supportive team environment where craftsmanship and collaboration are valued β€’ To Apply:Send your resume and a brief intro [email protected] Join us and help build some of NYC’s most inspiring interior spaces.
