About the Role
We’re looking for an experiencedMillwork Project Managerwho’s ready to take ownership of intricate commercial millwork projects from contract through closeout.
This position requires relocation toAustin, TX, where you’ll receivefull onboarding support, includingtemporary housing for the first 90 daysand structured training with senior leadership. After onboarding, you’ll manage projects based in Austin and may support additional work in Dallas-Fort Worth or other major markets.

What You’ll Do
• Manage architectural millwork, metal, and stone projects ranging from $1M to $10M+
• Oversee contracts, schedules, financials, and scope from kickoff to closeout
• Coordinate across engineering, purchasing, production, and field teams
• Conduct site visits to ensure field dimensions, quality, and install logistics are aligned
• Lead client communication and issue resolution with GCs, architects, and vendors
• Track RFIs, change orders, approvals, and deliverables across multiple timelines
• Use project management systems (we useInnergy) to ensure schedule and budget alignment
• Mentor and direct an Assistant Project Manager after onboarding period
Relocation Support
• Initial onboarding takes place in Austin, TXat our 110,000+ sq ft fabrication facility
• We provide housing assistance for the first 90 days
• Long-term relocation to Austin is required
What We’re Looking For
No Exceptions: You must have at least 5 years of commercial architectural millwork experience.
Required
• 5+ years managing custom commercial millwork projects (cabinetry, metal panels, stonework, etc.)
• Experience with large-scale builds and client-facing roles in construction
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, shop drawings, installation, and field verification
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and subcontractor coordination
• Excellent communication and documentation habits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Field install or shop-floor experience (hands-on fabrication knowledge)
• Experience with high-end or luxury commercial interiors
