Be a part of a company that values a safety-first culture, continuous learning, and a rewarding work-life balance. **Key Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades. - Ability to travel 50% out of town to customer sites. - Mission Critical electrical & mechanical power distribution system experience (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches IE ATS/STS) • At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Hyperscale Data Center experience strongly preferred.- Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems. - Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment. • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** • Directly supervise up to 5 team members, providing consistent feedback and support. • Lead, coach, and develop junior teams and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR. • Identify training needs and work to address them collaboratively.
