Take the Lead as a Mitigation Project Manager!
Are you a proactive leader with a passion for managing projects and helping people recover from property damage? Join our growing restoration team as aMitigation Project Manager, where you’ll oversee water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do:
• Manage mitigation projects for water, fire, and mold damage from initiation through completion.
• Conduct site inspections, develop scopes of work, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Prepare accurate estimates usingXactimateandSimbilityfor residential projects.
• ManageTime & Materials (T&M) billingfor commercial projects (experience preferred but not required).
• Oversee job documentation, including daily logs, work orders, and drying logs usingMICA(or its current equivalent).
• UtilizeDashproject management software for tracking and reporting project progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, TPAs, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure projects comply with TPA guidelines and industry standards.
On-Call Expectations:
• Project Managers are on-call one week per month.
• All team members are expected to respond in the event of a local catastrophic event or large commercial loss.
What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of mitigation processes and industry standards.
• Experience withXactimate,Simbility, and T&M billing preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software, includingDash.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• IICRC certifications in Water Mitigation, Fire, Mold, etc., preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
