Mitigation Project Manager

Job Summary: As aMitigation Project Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, manage mitigation projects, and lead a team of technicians and professionals in delivering high-quality restoration services. This role is key to driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and company growth. Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary:$70,000-75,000 • Commission:Performance-based • Medical:Healthcare plan Key Responsibilities: • Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards • Accurately estimate jobs usingXactimateand manage documentation throughDocuSketch • Supervise and support field staff and other mitigation professionals • Oversee TPA (Third Party Administrator) assignments and maintain compliance • Foster strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property owners, and vendors • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and uphold safety and quality standards • Manage resources such as fleet, equipment, and inventory for optimal use • Track KPIs and contribute to strategic improvements in operational performance Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in mitigation/restoration project management • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team • Proficiency inXactimateandDocuSketch • Experience handlingTPA work • Residential restoration experience required; commercial experience is a plus • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary:$70,000-75,000 • Commission:Performance-based • Medical:Healthcare plan If you’re an experienced and driven leader with a passion for restoration, we invite you to apply and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients. #INDR Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Work Location: In person
