Job Description

We're seeking an experienced and passionate mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and a flair for hospitality to our high-energy bar environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft exceptional cocktails with speed and accuracy in a high-volume setting

- Develop and curate innovative cocktail menus that reflect seasonal trends and local tastes

- Maintain consistent quality and presentation across all beverages

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create complementary food and drink pairings

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

 

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a mixologist or craft bartender

- Proven track record of operating efficiently in high-volume events and fast-paced environments

- Experience in menu development and cocktail innovation

- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high performance and quality standards

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bartender certification or relevant mixology training

- RBS & ServSafe Certifications 

- Experience with inventory management and cost control

- Knowledge of POS systems and bar management software

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing and preparing drinks.
  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds.
