Mobile Device Management Specialist L2

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
The Mobile Device Management Specialist is a member of the Enterprise Voice and Video Collaboration Services team. This position is accountable for managing and supporting a large population of mobile devices specifically for Android and Apple iOS devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
You Will Make an Impact By:

• Responsible for the management and incidents/tasks triage of the ServiceNow resolver group to SLA’s
• Manage and maintain the physical inventory and operations of all mobile devices
• Submit and track orders to support new hire onboarding and travel devices
• Coordinate the device refresh of company-owned mobile devices per eligibility dates.
• Complete Move/Add/Change/Disconnect (MACD) requests to port numbers, adding/removing of lines of service or modify calling plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues or problems with device hardware or software
• Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices in ServiceNow and the Mobile Carrier web portal
• Manage the Mobile Carrier account and any mobile devices with billing issues or questions
• Perform the collection of returned devices from device refreshes or offboarding processes
• Manage and distribute temporary loaner mobile devices, if necessary.
• Assist with vendor relationship with Mobile Carriers
• Create Knowledge Management documentation on mobile device related procedures and workflows

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or relevant field or equivalent combination of work experience, education, and training
• Proficiency with the latest in mobile devices such as Android, iPad, and iPhone with a general understanding of wireless carriers and plans
• Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in an innovative and demanding environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, ITSM and ServiceNow
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and organizational skills along with the ability to collaborate successfully with multiple team members, interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
