As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to connect with customers, provide expert guidance on our products and services, and drive sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Expect to play a key role in outreach efforts, build lasting relationships with customers, and be part of a team dedicated to providing excellent service.
In this role, youβll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, conducting outreach to potential customers, and promoting our clientsβ wide range of products and services in the San Diego area.
Key Responsibilities of our Mobile Sales Associate:
β’ Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to promote products and services
β’ Sales Generation: Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
β’ Product Expertise: Provide customers with expert knowledge on wireless products and services, including mobile plans, devices, and home solutions
β’ Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues and concerns by offering tailored solutions that best meet their needs
β’ Customer Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular outreach and personalized follow-ups
β’ Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Mobile Sales Associates and managers to ensure outreach and sales goals are met
β’ Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless products, services, and promotions to enhance your sales outreach efforts

Job Qualifications for our Mobile Sales Associate:

β’ Previous experience in retail or customer service, especially in sales roles

β’ Comfortable with performing outreach activities, including cold-calling and in-person engagement
