As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to connect with customers, provide expert guidance on our products and services, and drive sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, conducting outreach to potential customers, and promoting our clients’ wide range of products and services in the San Diego area. Key Responsibilities of our Mobile Sales Associate: β€’ Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to promote products and services β€’ Sales Generation: Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team β€’ Product Expertise: Provide customers with expert knowledge on wireless products and services, including mobile plans, devices, and home solutions β€’ Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues and concerns by offering tailored solutions that best meet their needs β€’ Customer Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular outreach and personalized follow-ups β€’ Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Mobile Sales Associates and managers to ensure outreach and sales goals are met β€’ Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest wireless products, services, and promotions to enhance your sales outreach efforts Desired Qualities for our Mobile Sales Associate Role: β€’ Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets β€’ Customer-Centric Attitude: A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service β€’ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment β€’ Tech-Savvy:Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services β€’ Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize outreach efforts effectively β€’ Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with a focus on team success Job Qualifications for our Mobile Sales Associate: β€’ High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) β€’ Previous experience in retail or customer service, especially in sales roles β€’ Goal-oriented with a drive for success β€’ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities β€’ Comfortable with performing outreach activities, including cold-calling and in-person engagement As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will be part of a global leader in telecommunications, with plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement.
