Mobile Sales Team Member

Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking to hire a Mobile Sales Team Member who takes pride in the customers experience and overall customer satisfaction. Our company works with telecommunication services to offer robust wireless and mobile products to customers. We provide full training for the Mobile Sales Team Member role to ensure that all of our employees are well equipped in the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in this position. The Mobile Sales Team Member will work with customers to provide exemplary customer service and mobile knowledge on devices. The Mobile Sales Team Member role will consist of connecting with customers to understand their service request and build a better connection for them. They will recommend phone bundles, GIG availability and upgrades. The Mobile Sales Team Member will communicate efficiently and understand product knowledge and price to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of products and services available to them. Mobile Sales Team Member Responsibilities: • Interact with potential customers to provide product and service answers to inquiries on wireless and mobile devices • Assist customers with processing sales orders, creating a memorable customer experience and build long established relationships with customers • Help resolve customer inquiries by providing product recommendations addressed to satisfy the customers wireless needs • Answer wireless questions that can include quotes, accessories, billing and mobile benefits • Work alongside our sales team by helping to generate solutions to customers demands and increase metrics • Attend additional training to become a product expert and increase knowledge on services offered • Work in a collaborative environment with fellow members to strategies the process of improvements, review new product/service offerings, and troubleshoot product issues. Mobile Sales Team Member Qualifications: • Prior experience working in a customer service, sales, or similar role is preferred • An eagerness to develop new skills in the customer service and sales industry • The ability to work in a customer-oriented setting • Able to work in a collaborative environment with diverse team members and customers • Verbal and written communication skills • Show excellent attention to detail to produce quality work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week Shift: • Day shift Work Location: In person
