How You'll Perform the Role • Work with mold departments supervisors, mold maintenance and mold techs in order to identify problems in the processing of product. • To continuously take a proactive PM position with the shops tooling. • Review injection molding processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. • To ensure injection molding process are optimized and documented. • To maintain cavitation. • Assist action teams and increase awareness of awareness of continuous improvement to the technical staff. • To start up new tools, document and develop process sheets. What We Need From You • High School diploma or equivalent, some technical school. • Working knowledge of injection molding process. • Eligible to work in the United States. • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. • Work overtime as required. • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management. • Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. • The commitmenttostay safeandto continue tolearn and develop. • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
