Job Description
SolomonEdwards is looking for aMortgage Customer Service Representativefor one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will assist internal teams with issue resolution so that the loan pipeline keeps moving forward. You will also serve as a liaison for external clients. Your mission will be to provide excellent customer service and position all delivery requirements to maximize the submission quality for all loans submitted.
The main responsibilities of this position are:
• Operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocate
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to consumers
• Receive inbound text messages (where the consumer has provided express consent) and facilitate outbound text messages to consumers
• Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers’ mortgage loan inquiries/requests.
• Effectively manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans
• Performing routine data entry and validation tasks
• Handling routine calls, emails and/or chat responses with employees, consumers &/or authorized 3rd parties
• Monitoring work queues and intervening as needed
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Required: Financial Services and Mortgage industry experience
• High school diploma/GED

Salary range $24/hr W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
