Motion designer (SUITSME)

SUITSME is community-driven fashion game made to empower creativity and self-expression.

We are a fast-growing digital company led by industry experts from technology, fashion and gaming.

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our passionate design team.As an designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design process, assisting in the creation of innovative and a forward-thinking designs. It's important that this person thrives in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude is key!

Your responsibilities include:

• Create creatives for all SUITSME products (SUITSME fashion game, 2nd product at the soft launch stage);
• Adapt and prepare assets for animation and playable ads;
• Analyze creatives and build hypotheses based on their results;
• Create videos and static for SMM (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and ASO;
• Generate and argue own/new ideas;
• Collaborate with other designers, creative manager, user acquisition, SMM and community managers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in motion design, 1 year - graphic design;
• Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Figma;
• Portfolio demonstrating knowledge of animation, composition, color and typography;
• Character animation;
• Experience working with sounds (sound design);
• Experience in creating content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and networks (Applovin, Unity);
• Work with raster and vector graphics;
• Experience with footage and special effects;
• Experience with plugins, AI (Midjourney);
• Proactivity, creativity, ability to present your design solutions, prioritize and accept feedback

It will be a plus:

• Experience in creating graphics for Playable Ads;
• UX/UI knowledge;
• Experience with AI (ElevenLabs, HeyGen).

Ваші задачі:

• Створювати креативи для всі продуктів SUITSME (SUITSME fashion game, 2й продукт на стадії soft launch);
• Адаптувати та готувати асети для анімації та playable ads;
• Аналізувати креативи та будувати гіпотези на основі ї результатів;
• Створювати відео та статику для SMM (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) та ASO;
• Генерувати та аргументувати власні/нові ідеї;
• Співпрацювати з іншими дизайнерами, креативним менеджером, user acquisiotion, SMM та community менеджерами.

Вимоги:

• 2+ роки в моушн дизайні,1 графічному дизайні;
• Знання пакетів After Effects, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator та Figma;
• Портфоліо, що демонструє знання анімації, композиції, кольорознавства та типографіки;
• Персонажка анімація;
• Досвід роботи зі звуками (sound design);
• Досвід створення контенту для соцмереж (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc) та мереж (Applovin, Unity);
• Робота з растровою та векторною графікою;
• Досвід роботи з футажами та спецефектами;
• Досвід роботи з плагінами, AI (Midjourney);
• Проактивність, креативність, вміння презентувати свої дизайн-рішення, розставляти пріоритети та приймати фідбек.

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід створення графіки для Playable Ads;
• UX/UI знання;
• Досвід роботи з AI (ElevenLabs, HeyGen).
