Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer – Video Editor
Reports to: Media Director (with supervision from the USA Senior Editor)
Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The purpose of this role is to deliver high-impact, broadcast-quality visual content that elevates our brand and engages audiences across television, LED wall environments, and digital channels. This includes designing sophisticated motion graphics, full screen animations, and large-format visuals, as well as performing professional-level video editing to create cohesive, polished, and compelling stories. The role will focus on maintaining a consistent, high-quality visual identity while pushing creative boundaries to captivate viewers and support our expanding production needs.
It will also involve close collaboration with producers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of animated and edited content into broadcast and recorded productions, helping us communicate our message clearly, memorably, and at scale.
Job Duties
• Design & Animation Skills
• Create compelling motion graphics for broadcast television, LED wall displays, and social
media platforms.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop,
etc.) to deliver high-quality custom animations and designs.
• Apply strong visual storytelling, typography, and brand guidelines to ensure cohesive,
engaging content across all platforms.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver effective
designs.
• Partner with the USA marketing team to implement re-cuts and edits of promotional
materials for broadcast and social media.
• Follow brand guidelines while producing a consistent volume of content across platforms.
• Professionalism & Growth
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in motion design and animation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining
quality
• Takes constructive criticism well and adapt feedback to future projects
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of ONE FOR ISRAEL’s mission of reaching
Israelis with the gospel and training the next generation of leaders
• Work Arrangement
• Maintain office hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at our International Partner Relations Office in Grapevine, Texas
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics design for broadcast television, LED walls, and social media, demonstrating advanced animation skills with strong visual storytelling
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Professional video editing with strong pacing, narrative flow, and audience engagement
• Proficiency in color correction and grading for consistent, cinematic results
• Understanding of preparing assets for large-scale displays and broadcast delivery
• Ability to maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across platforms
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to think “on the fly” and problem solve efficiently
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and tools

Nice-to-have Skills
• Experience with 3D animation software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine
• Experience with broadcast audio mixing and mastering
• Proficiency with iZotope RX plugins for audio cleanup and enhancement
• Proficiency in color grading using DaVinci Resolve
Education
• B.A. degree in animation, film, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Compensation and Benefits:
• $80,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience.
• Medical benefits under the OFI Self-Funded Plan, and Vision and Dental Coverage.
• Retirement benefits of up to 3% employer match after 90 day waiting period.
• US holidays will be set by employer annually in accordance with US law.
• Sick time and Vacation time will be combined into Personal Time Off (PTO) and will be set at 15 paid PTO days for vacation and 5 paid PTO days for sick time. Employee shall have the opportunity to earn one additional PTO day per year of service with a maximum of 20 PTO days total awarded for vacation.

The submission of a resume and demo reel are required to be considered for the position. Please provide samples of work that demonstrate creative editorial with strong music, sound design and graphic sensibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
