As a Senior Analyst in Modern Workplace Engineering, you will be responsible for upgrades, migrations, and evergreen scenarios. Your primary focus will be on Microsoft technologies and implementations in enterprise environments. You will apply your technical and consulting expertise to advise clients on proper governance, ensuring stability and enabling them to evolve their environments to support changing business requirements. Together we do what matters.
What you will do:
• Enhance communication and collaboration systems
• Implement workplace services including desktop solutions

• Develop and support collaboration technologies
• Enable secure remote working environments
• Advise clients on governance for stability
• Support clients in evolving their environments
• Focus on Microsoft technologies and enterprise implementations

Skills and experiences

• Experience with Microsoft Communication & Collaboration platforms
• Knowledge about managing Microsoft Copilot 365 features and supporting customers adoption
• Experience with information protection and Data loss prevention
• Technical experience with products like Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business, with a focus on Microsoft 365 online services
• Experience with cloud identity management technologies and authentication management, such as EntraID, EntraConnect, and ADFS
• Familiarity with Core Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and main network protocols)
• Basic automation skills using PowerShell scripts.
