Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • A working knowledge of and ability to apply laws and regulations related to global trade compliance.
  • Support proficiency on applicable laws and regulations issued by various government agencies and translate them into business compliance best practices.
  • Manage IMMEX/Annex 24 & 30.
  • Manage AEO program.
  • Perform post entry audits.
  • Conduct internal audits and reviews.
  • Monitor changes in government trade regulations to ensure internal processes and procedures are implemented.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure compliance with all relevant trade related laws and regulations while enabling the business to achieve objectives.
  • Participate in trade compliance associations to stay current on import regulations and best practices.
  • Manage a diverse workload which may include changes in priorities and responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
