Job Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Multi-Family Asset Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and management of multi-family related residential property projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing asset performance, coordinating renovations and maintenance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family project initiatives, including capital improvements, renovations, and maintenance programs. • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines to ensure successful completion. • Coordinate with property management teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project activities. • Monitor project performance and implement strategies for process improvements and cost efficiencies. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and company policies. • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and quality standards. • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, budget, and outcomes to senior management. • Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize property value and ROI. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) managing multi-family residential projects or assets. • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes. • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor relationships. • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. • Ability to analyze financial data and develop cost-effective solutions. • Ability to work independently and in the field at various locations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $77,303.63 - $93,096.84 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
