Multi-Skilled Carpenter

We’re hiring skilled and reliableCarpenterswho know their way aroundconcrete,formwork, andunderground conduit installation. If you’ve spent time in the field building foundations, setting forms, and laying conduit, you’ll fit right in with our team in Austin. This is not finish work—we’re talking aboutoutdoor, heavy-duty infrastructure construction: traffic signals, highway lighting, duct banks, pole foundations, and utility trenching. Responsibilities: • Build and stripconcrete formsfor pole foundations and underground structures • Assist withunderground conduit installation(electrical and communication) • Measure, cut, and set forms using wood, metal, or prefabricated systems • Mix, pour, finish, and cure concrete according to project specs • Assist with trenching, backfilling, and general layout • Read and follow construction drawings and layout marks • Work closely with Foremen, Electricians, and Operators on job sites Requirements: • 5+ years of carpentry or concrete experience in construction or utility work • Strong skills informwork,cement/concrete, andunderground conduit • Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and basic layout drawings • Familiarity with tools like saws, levels, jackhammers, and concrete finishing gear • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to local jobsites • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks Nice to Have: • Experience working onTxDOT,municipal, orutility projects • CDL or equipment operation experience (backhoe, mini-excavator) • OSHA 10 or 30 certification Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan • Paid time off (vacation, sick, and floating holidays) • Growth and advancement opportunities • And more!
