The Role

We are looking for a candidate to join as a Multi-Solution Specialist to help clients realize the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud product stack (Analytics, Audience Manager, RTCDP, Target, Campaign) for their programmatic advertising campaigns.

The primary focus of this role is to act as the primary DSP platform lead and support internal teams and clients alike to strategize, activate, and analyze data points to deliver a comprehensive view of paid media efforts across channels (display, online video, CTV, native, audio, and search).

Responsibilities will be to ensure successful programmatic campaign delivery and performance for their clients through hands on platform mentorship, training, and best-practice material creation.

This is a cross-functional position that will also partner closely with account teams, product, product marketing and operations teams to ensure new technological capabilities for Connected Advertising are followed by customers and internal teams.

What's needed to succeed

  • Experience working for or with a DSP, Account or Campaign Management experience.
  • 1 - 2 years' experience working with Adobe technologies, in particular Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager or use of similar other enterprise marketing and analytics tools
  • Experience with campaign activation methodologies and an understanding of how to guide customers to achieve goals and deliver ad dollars to key performance metrics
  • Analytically minded strategist with strong Excel, Tableau, Power BI skills, Sequel Server experience
  • Strong program management skills
  • Outstanding campaign management/ ad operations fundamentals
  • Experience analyzing data both at a macro & micro level and crafting strategies with dashboards to support decision making
  • Hard-working and willing to wear multiple hats in a successful team
  • Motivated by driving customer success and measurable outcomes
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
What you'll Do

  • Service multiple strategic accounts on how best to improve Adobe's Experience Cloud solutions in the context of their Adobe Advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct advertising campaign data analysis across Adobe Advertising, Adobe Analytics, and RTCDP platforms to build optimization strategies, develop solutions for campaigns, and offer insights on how to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to provide connected advertising strategy, activation trainings to clients, and consultative services to ensure teams use the platforms to improve their results.
  • Proactively analyze and resolve pacing and performance fluctuations and accurately recognize and communicate critical client issues with immediate team and cross-functional leaders
  • Provide hands on keyboard troubleshooting, data validation and re-porting support for Customer Success teams and external clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and other cross-functional teams to help define features and improvements to operationalize Ad Cloud's capabilities with other Experience Cloud products/offerings.
  • Become a connected advertising advocate within the Ad Cloud by developing training material, customer facing assets, and documentation for Experience Cloud integrations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $71,300 -- $142,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
