Location:Hybrid, but must live within driving distance to Burbank, CA
Contract:Short-term Contract
Duration:3-6 months
Hourly Pay:TBD/ DOE – Possible option to convert to FTE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Data Analyst Contractor** to support a data quality initiative focused on identifying and resolving duplicate records within our Salesforce CRM. The primary focus will be on **Contacts and Accounts**, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze Salesforce data to identify duplicate Contacts and Accounts using native tools and custom logic.
– Develop and execute data cleanup strategies, including merging, deduplication, and validation.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business rules and ensure accurate data consolidation.
– Document data cleanup processes and provide recommendations for ongoing data hygiene.
– Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy post-cleanup.
– Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and impact of cleanup efforts.
Required Qualifications:
– Proven experience working with Salesforce data, especially Contacts and Accounts.
– Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, deduplication tools, and best practices.
– Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data manipulation tools.
– Experience with data quality, cleansing, and governance.
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Demand Tools, or similar data management tools.
– Familiarity with CRM workflows and business processes.
– Prior experience in a contractor or consulting role.
