• Plan and establish business analysis activities
• Identify and manage stakeholders effectively
• Collect and analyze software requirements, converting them into high-quality requirement specifications
• Create and maintain detailed project artifacts, technical specifications, prototypes, diagrams, and processes
• Visualize complex solutions, validate and verify solution requirements
• Communicate daily with stakeholders, handle business queries, deliver solutions, and translate technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versa
• Maintain and improve requirement management and software development processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and manage sophisticated Google Sheets
• Develop dashboards and connect information for specific reports
• Design graphics for export to slides
• Write SQL queries comfortably
• Exhibit strong communication skills in English
• Demonstrate friendliness, teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• Experience working with Azure Cloud & Data Factory
• Proven ability to plan and establish business analysis activities
• Skilled in identifying and managing stakeholders
• Expertise in collecting and analyzing software requirements and turning them into high-quality requirement specifications
• Ability to create and maintain detailed project artifacts, technical specifications, prototypes, diagrams, and processes
• Capable of visualizing complex solutions, validating and verifying solution requirements
• Strong daily communication with stakeholders, adept at handling business questions, delivering business answers, and translating technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versa
• Experience in maintaining and improving requirement management and software development processes throughout the project lifecycle
