Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
β€’ Identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to opportunities for sellers
β€’ Perform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified opportunities
β€’ Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting lists
β€’ Enhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documented
β€’ Work alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects
β€’ Maintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activities.
β€’ Maintain the collaborative relationship between marketing, inside sales leaders, product management and the sales enablement teams to meet organizational goals.

Requirements:
β€’ Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
β€’ Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes

Qualifications & Experience
β€’ Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
β€’ Proficient in communicating (written & verbal) in English
β€’ At least 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success
β€’ Experience cold calling, and customer engagement (30 - 50 calls, communications per day)
β€’ Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred)
β€’ Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
β€’ Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service
β€’ Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals
β€’ Excellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment
