DESCRIPTION

Pontera is looking for a National Accounts Manager to own the onboarding, maintenance, and expansion of relationships with enterprise partners. The ideal candidate has proven experience driving revenue generation for B2B SaaS products through channel partners, key account relationship building, education, incentives, and sales/marketing programs. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own relationships with C-level executives at partner firms, meeting in person when needed at their office or industry events. 
  • Map complex partner organizations and develop deep expertise of their innerworkings to enable Pontera to drive value to our customers while driving revenue to our business.
  • Help develop and refine partner firm launch programs, working with marketing, product, and customer success to build training programs, assets, activities, announcements, and more. 
  • Collaborate with marketing on designing and executing scalable partner engagement programs that drive revenue, including incentives, resources, webinars, conferences, and more.
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure partners have the resources and support they need to better serve their clients with Pontera; bring product feedback to the team for review. 
  • Set partner KPIs, monitor and report on success, run partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and forecast channel revenue.
  • Improve channel productivity by continuously testing and refining your approach.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ year’s professional experience in channel management and/or key account management
  • Collaborative team player, able to coordinate internal stakeholders and gain buy-in
  • Highly entrepreneurial, creative, and opportunistic
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), comfortable interacting directly with C-level executives
  • High empathy, with a demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • A sense of urgency, persistence, scrappiness, grit
  • Willing to travel (up to 20%)

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Hubspot
  • Experience in fintech / wealth management 
  • MBA is a plus
