We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead the development and growth of Irresistible Food Group's emerging brands across all channels. As the driving force behind our sales strategy, you will focus on elevating velocity and distribution, establishing and fostering key relationships, and ensuring our emerging brands reach their full potential in the market.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive the growth of IFG's emerging brands on a national scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives, ensuring seamless execution and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to expand distribution and increase sales velocity.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide strategic input into product development and positioning to maximize market appeal and sales potential.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- • Proven track record of success in national sales management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of emerging brand dynamics, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)
- Bachelor's degree

- Proven success in launching and growing emerging brands in diverse sales channels.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
