SAP/NAVY ERP Level IV Data Analyst 

Job Summary: NavAide is in search of an accomplished Level IV Data Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a flair for maintaining impeccable standards of quality. The ideal candidate will delve deep into the intricacies of program performance, ensuring that all deliverables align perfectly with contractual mandates. This pivotal role demands on-site quality control, meticulous validation of working documents, and rigorous adherence to the standards set by laws, policies, and regulations. Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Independently orchestrate quality assurance reviews, ensuring flawless program performance and adherence to contractual commitments. 
• Head on-site quality checks, leading teams through multifaceted tasks. 
• Ensure the precision of working papers, findings, and reports, while maintaining unwavering compliance with standards, laws, policies, and regulations. 
• Command respect as an authority in the domains of accounting, financial management, and business systems. 
• Engage proactively with FM&C and Government clientele, predominantly at the Division Head level and above. 
• Drive IT development phases, encompassing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This includes crafting technical documentation, delineating requirements, ideating solutions, testing, and overseeing change or deployment. 
• Design and manage databases, championing data integrity, security, and efficiency. 
• Lead data analytics initiatives, crafting intuitive visualizations, detailed reports, and efficient data cleansing scripts and processes. 
• Employ advanced technical data analytics to unearth insights and fortify decision-making. 
• Be at the helm of change management projects, tapping into extensive experience in this arena. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

• A minimum of nine years of progressive experience, inclusive of six years steering change management projects. 
• Acquired a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited U.S. institution in a field relevant to the role. 
• Demonstrated experience in IT development, database management, and data analytics for State or Federal Government agencies, or sizable enterprises (with staff exceeding 1,000). 
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages like SQL, Python, and R. 
• Adept at crafting data visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. 
• Solid grasp of data cleansing methodologies and quality processes. 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving prowess. 
• Outstanding communication capabilities paired with strong interpersonal skills. 
• A natural leader with the ability to flourish within team settings. 
• A commitment to precision and delivering superior outcomes.
